The Ingram Micro Caribbean Summit 2025 is an exclusive event designed to connect the 30 most important English-speaking Caribbean partners with globally recognized technology vendors. Our mission was to forge a brand identity that represented the convergence of two worlds: the sober and powerful corporate image of Ingram Micro with the unmistakable vitality of the Caribbean technology ecosystem.

 

Challenge

The client aimed to position the summit as an elite business platform. The brand needed to be sophisticated and aspirational— a true symbol of innovation and connection. The real challenge lay in subtlety: how to evoke Caribbean energy without falling into clichés, and how to convey business seriousness through a dynamic visual palette. It was a balancing act, finding the precise point where the corporate merged with the cultural, creating an identity that felt modern, relevant, and exclusive.


Solution

Our vision was built on a conceptual synergy: the Caribbean, as a mosaic of interconnected islands, and technology, as a system of data and networks. This concept materialized at the core of the design: the number “25” in the logo.

The design of the “25” is a geometric module, an assembly of blocks that come together to form a whole. Each block represents a partner, a vendor, or an idea, and their cohesion symbolizes the event’s purpose: to build strong alliances and foster growth through unity. The color palette was no accident; it is a carefully crafted gradient of magenta, orange, turquoise, and violet—hues drawn from the spectrum of a Caribbean sunset, yet executed with a clarity that evokes technological modernity and dynamism. This palette became the guiding thread that unified the entire visual experience.
